-12x12 stall fully matted with dutch door to outside, horses are able to socialize through top of stall walls and have plenty of ventilation. Enclosed motor fans for each stall in summer months.

-24/7 timothy orchardgrass mix hay available, fed free and in slow feed nets for appropriate grazing rates. We do feed round bales in winter months utilizing hayhuts and in some cases slow feed nets when necessary due to diet needs.

- 2 full clean water buckets per horse while stalled scrubbed daily. Heated water troughs in winter outside.

- We use Flax Bedding, which is a low dust, eco friendly choice. Great for horses and human suffering with allergies. Bedding is generous, and lightly banked for horses comfort. Picked daily or twice if so needed.

- Manure is removed by dumpster off site to keep flys to a minimal.

-Fly predators in summer

- 10-12 hours daily turnout unless the weather is really bad. Out more during summer, they come in by the heat of the day to stay out of the bugs and turned out late afternoon/early evening. We try to limit our herds to 4-6 max. mares and geldings are separate in most cases.

- Room to store your tack in our enclosed heated tack room.

- Hacking trail around whole property with occassional jumps and obstacles. (35 acres) Great for longlining, in hand walking or riding with friends!

***Board does not include grain as each horse is unique in thier dietary needs. We provide 1 large metal can for you to store feed here (can hold 2 50 lb bags) as well as space for you to prepare feeds and store prepped meals. Cabinet space as well for medications or supplements (all must be prepared)

***We do offer multiple types of grain concentrates, ration balancers, alfalfa cubes and pelleted forages which are availiable at cost.

- Scheduling and handling of farrier and routine veterinary appointments with our barn farrier and vet. (others welcome, you must schedule and attend them though)

- We regularly have multiple horse therapy providers at our farm including Pemf, laser, bemer, and massage, if you are on schedule with them we would be able to bring horse in for appointment.

- putting on fly masks, turnout boots, fly spray, hose down muddy legs, and leg wrap removal.

-up to two blanket changes a day.

Co-op board:

Co-op board is similar to self care board. Perfect for the hands on horse owner that still wants some flexibilty in their schedule!

What we offer: Full use of amenities, use of provided buckets, hay nets etc.

-We will feed AM &PM prepared feed rations and handle turnout to keep your horse happy and on the same schedule as the barn.

- if using our vet and farrier we will be available to handle appointments.

What is expected of you:

- to come daily, clean your horse's stall with in normal business hours.

- Provide prepared feeds, bedding for your stall, and provide or buy hay off of us.

-Do your own blanketing.

-Clean and fill water buckets.
