- Scheduling and handling of farrier and routine veterinary appointments with our barn farrier and vet. (others welcome, you must schedule and attend them though)

- We regularly have multiple horse therapy providers at our farm including Pemf, laser, bemer, and massage, if you are on schedule with them we would be able to bring horse in for appointment.

- putting on fly masks, turnout boots, fly spray, hose down muddy legs, and leg wrap removal.

-up to two blanket changes a day.

-12x12 stall fully matted with dutch door to outside, horses are able to socialize through top of stall walls and have plenty of ventilation.

- Stalls are generously bedded with Equicibus Flax straw bedding. A low dust alternative, with highly absorbent and fast composting time. A Eco friendly and respiratory healthy choice.

- Enclosed motor fans for each stall in summer months.

-24/7 timothy orchardgrass grass mix hay available, fed free and in slow feed nets for appropriate grazing rates. We do feed round bales in winter months utilizing hayhuts and in some cases slow feed nets when necessary due to diet needs.

- 2 full clean water buckets per horse while stalled scrubbed daily. Heated water troughs in winter outside.

- Manure is removed by dumpster off site to keep flys to a minimal.

-Fly predators in summer

- 10-14 hours daily turnout unless the weather is really bad. In most cases they will go out for a couple hours for movement.

- We try to limit our herds to 4-6 max. mares and geldings are separate in most cases.

- 12x12 wash stall with hot and cold water

- Heated tack room and provided tack trunks and blanket storage.

- Hacking trail around whole property with occassional jumps and obstacles. (35 acres) Great for longlining, in hand walking or riding with friends!

- We offer 1-2lbs of tribute Essential K ration balancer daily depending on the horses weight. Anything additional must be supplied. We carry multiple forages which can be included at additional cost by lb. Ration balancers alone work well for easy keepers along with free choice hay.

***We provide 1 large metal can for you to store feed here (can hold two 50 lb bags) as well as space for you to prepare feeds and store prepped meals if you chose to do something different. Cabinet space as well for medications or supplements (all must be prepared if more then just a scoop of feed)
